Terms

Puped is an interface to public smart contracts on Ethereum. Read this before you use it.

What this site is. A front end that reads public blockchain data and helps you build transactions to a set of open, immutable contracts (a launchpad, a router and a Uniswap v4 hook). Every transaction is signed in your own wallet. We never hold your keys, your coins or your funds.

What it is not. Nothing here is investment advice, an offer to sell securities, or a promise of returns. Tokens launched here are created by their launchers, not by us. A token being listed says nothing about its quality or the intentions of its creator. "Paired with a stock" means the pool's quote asset is a token that tracks a stock; it is not the stock.

Risk. Tokens can go to zero. Pools are permanent but prices are not. Reward taxes, burns and fees are enforced by the pool hook and are fixed at launch; read them on the coin's page before trading. Smart contracts can have bugs. Use only what you can afford to lose.

Fees. The pool fee, the platform's share of it, the sell burn and any holder tax are shown on each coin's page and in the API. Platform revenue may be used to buy back and burn tokens; the amounts and timing are at the platform's discretion and are recorded on-chain.

Eligibility. Do not use this site where doing so is illegal, and do not use it if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for your taxes and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Privacy. The site stores no accounts and sets no tracking cookies. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on Ethereum by design.

Content. Launchers are responsible for the names, images and links they publish. We may hide a token from the interface; hiding does not affect the contracts or the pool.

No warranty. The site and contracts are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any loss arising from their use.
